Share with others

Over the last few weeks , Stewardship just keeps coming up. If you aren't familar with stewardship it simply means " sharing Gods blessings" I beleive everything we have been blessed with is to be shared with others, because it really isn't ours to begin with, God blesses us to bless others.  Before I start preaching and get off topic the point of this blog is to share  how Gods word doesn't return to him void! Like I said for weeks the same message has been being delivered to me. I just finished writing up my stewardship plan and afterwards checked my daily bible app, and the scripture of the day was "and do not forget to do good and  to share with others" Hebrews 13:10

So I am being obiendient and sharing this message ☺️

Abundance

Let's talk! I went to the park this morning for a short run, the beauty and abundance of nature called me to this
little man made lake to practice a little yoga. I couldn't stop thinking of all he abundance around us, fresh air, green grass , beautiful trees & flowers, sunshine! All of this is free and abundantly available to all of us!

I then went for my little run and again was taken back by the abundance of my very body, I mean we are equipped with an amazing body that does amazing things, all in its own without our intervention! Do we have to tell our hearts to beat? Or our lungs to exchange oxygen? Under normal circumstances no we dont! Thank God for that!!

At the conclusion of my run, I was approaching this beautiful hill and was drawn to take a little break there, so here I am typing this blog after a little savasana and reflecting of all the abundance God has blessed us with, it is all around us! I mean here I lay taking my little rest of top of a hill, with the sun beaming on me, breathing fresh air, staring at the clear blue sky, recieving  the healing negative ions from earth all for free!!!!!!

Mushrooms in the Hospital

Earlier this week, in the cafeteria of my hospital  nursing job, I noticed the healing and nutritional benefits of mushrooms  were on display!!

Medicinal mushrooms -Lingzhi" also known as "Reishi"  has  documented history for thousands of years treating chronic illness  and preventing disease in eastern medicine.

Some benefits of Lingzhi  include regulating blood pressure, cholesterol,  blood sugar levels , and has even been used as an adjunct therapy with chemotherapy....just to name a few 😉

If you have never heard of Lingzhi, you aren't alone it was largely unknown to our western world until NOW

Don't believe me? Go ahead and google it 🍄❤️🍄❤️🍄

It's been too long!

I can't believe I haven't updated this blog since September 😫 Needless to say, I have been very "fruitful" I like to use his word instead of busy every since listening to Joyce Meyers break down how negative "busy" can be (that's another story) but I think I should say a few things about each month during my absence.

October - my family and I celebrated Halloween together!  Why is this a big deal? Well it's been 5 years since we were all off together for Halloween. It helped that Halloween fell on a Saturday in 2015 😉

November- great month! My son turned 6, we celebrated my favorite holiday (thanksgiving) and I started my Certified Yoga Nurse training 🙏

December- Christmas!!!!!  Which meant a little bit of a break from work and school, time with family, and gift giving.

And here we are in a new year! It's January and I am laying by the fireplace feeling quite thankful for all of the many blessings God gives daily, constantly!  Saturday I will be taking my exam for my certified yoga nurse training! I have also finally opened my home yoga studio and held my first class last week. I was blessed to serve 3 students that day. Finally, my husband and I will be traveling to LA at the end of the month for my network marketing business and a fun trip to Disneyland.

Oh and today we had our first snow of the season!!! I don't like being cold, but I love the changing of the seasons and I love to look at how beautiful the snow covers the earth and the quiet it brings 🙏

Lastly... Special thanks to my fellow yoga nurse in training for inspiring me to blog again during our chat tonight.😉
